There is no perfect way to prevent your wotk from being copied. The files on the site are low resolution and hence are poorly replicated. A copyright message is shown when a visitor  enters the Gallery Page. If requested, watermarking can be arranged.

At this time the Webmaster is asking all profile information be submitted by email so it
can be linked to your personal Gallery Page.

It is not necessary to log into the site for most content. If there is an area that requires logging in, you will be asked for a user name and password. If the password fails, your account may not yet have been activated or you need to request a new password.
The log-in page provedes access for new Registrations, Log-ins and new password requests.

You do not need to log-in unless you want to register as a user. If you Register you will be allowed to log-in after your registration is approved.

Your browser may be marking emais from NGAG as junk. Check your spasm/junk folders and mark acceptable emails as “not junk”.

Yes. There are fees to exhibit work at the Spring Show and Sale depending upon the size of the booth desire. Booth and other fees will be used to defray the costs of holding the show.

No. There is no fees for displaying artwork in the online gallery. Members may also post a brief biography and a link to their own website if they have one. At this time we do not post asking prices on your artwork.

NGAG is organized through the support of many volunteers. All members are encouraged to be actively involved in any capacity or committee they choose. Any member taking part in our Shows must volunteer  some service to support of the show.

Grids will be provided as part of your booth fee for showing your work. Please
contact the Executive if you wish to rent grids otherewise.

PLEASE NOTE: by requesting a Gallery for your artwork you are consenting to the display of your images on this website and in any NGAG publications.

Who can show artwork on the NGAG website Artist’s Gallery?
Any members in good standing may show their artwork in the Artist’s Gallery.  Browse the Gallery to get an idea of the kind of information other artists post.

Any biographical information you wish posted should be sent to the Webmaster who will place it in your Personal Gallery.  

Are there any fees associated with the on-line gallery?

None – it’s free!

How many images may be included?
Up to six images may be included, along with a brief biography and a link to the member’s website if you wish.

How do I upload my work ?
Send an email to our webmaster, Gary Blake, with the following information:
up to six images preferably in JPEG format
the titles
medium and dimensions of each image
a brief biography
a link to your website and any other conatc information

Can I upload new images to replace older ones?
Yes. Simply contact the webmaster to make arrangements to modify or change the  images you have submitted.

Is there a limit to the size of the images I submit?
Images should be about 1500pixels on the longest side. A little above or below that number is acceptable. if you are unsure how to do this, the webmaster can do it for you.

Should the images be of framed or unframed art pieces?
Entriely your choice. We do recommend that the image be of unframed pieces.
